Lemma Roasters

Lemma Coffee Co was launched in 2017 by Daniel Baum, beginning with a warehouse space in Denton and building its brand through farmers markets and events. In 2019 the first café opened in downtown Carrollton, followed by locations in Frisco (2020) and downtown Plano (2022).

Throughout its growth, Lemma has refined its processes from top to bottom, seeking partnerships at origin that create sustainability and positive impact. The company meticulously roasts each batch and trains the craft of being a talented barista, ensuring customers receive the best possible product.
