Gnosis Roasters

Gnosis Coffee Roasters was founded by Jed in early 2022 in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Jed's specialty coffee journey began in 2010 and took him through barista school in Portland, Oregon, work across multiple coffee businesses, and eventually to founding his own roastery after developing a passion for the craft.

At Gnosis, the mission is to showcase the delicious natural flavors in the coffee bean by roasting them to accentuate their innate potential. The offerings are kept simple to maintain high quality and freshness, focusing primarily on single origins. Gnosis is also an official Typhoon Roasters brand distributor and representative.
